Screw Machining Services


Our job shop is equipped with single spindle Brown & Sharp automatics as well as multi spindle New Britain screw machines to fabricate components with small diameters. Our single and multi spindle automatic screw machines can handle square, round, or hexagonal bar stock with diameters ranging from 1/8" to 2.25". Baity produces screw machined parts from a wide range of materials such as stainless steel, brass, aluminum, and bronze. These screw machined parts are suitable for applications that warrant high fatigue strength, corrosion resistance, ductility, and shear strength.

The cam-operated Ultramatic Brown & Sharp screw machine is best suited for long production runs. We use a 3/4" capacity Davenport chucker to complete high speed tapping, back drilling, rotary broaching, facing, O.D. threading, and counter boring operations. Cross milling, turret milling, and cross drilling attachments in the screw machines enable us to produce components with complex geometries.
